THE VILLAGE - As we all know, most households have certain rules that make their home run as smooth and successful as possible for the betterment of the whole entire family. There will be times, when we will not always agree with one another. We will address the problem and show respect for how the other is feeling and do our best to come to some type of resolution. If you feel that you can not respect our house, our village. Then by all means, do what you got to do and keep it moving. We will love you either way.
FOR OUR CHILDREN - THE VILLAGE, out of love at times there will be discipline. Even GOD in Heaven disciplines those he love. This helps us to stay on track. We all make mistakes and get off course at times. That is just a part of life's experiences. We are suppose to learn and grow from life experiences and lessons. When you know better, you do better. Simple as that!
RELAX YOUR MIND, REST YOU HEAD ON OUR PILLOW, HELP IS HERE FOR YOU! Always remember, just because you have made some mistakes in your life, that does not define who you are. So we will not beat up on ourselves, ask for forgiveness from the Most High, forgive ourselves, shake it off and KEEP IT MOVING!

Black Families Matters
The U.S. Currently locks up over 2.6 million human beings in cages like animals for non-violent offenses. As parents, what else can we do to avoid ourselves and loved ones from getting caught up in this injustice? How do we help family members who are still incarcerated get out and get a fresh start?
We are amazed to find that there is very limited resources for our family members, particularly the "Black Men" or "People of Color" once they do get out of prison. It is very difficult to obtain a job with the way job applications are structured. Once our family member notices the questions on the form. "Were you ever convicted of a felony"? That is when the discouragement, frustration, feeling overwhelmed over takes you. Realizing it is challenging enough to get a job without having any strikes against you, but to add insult to injury, to be judged from a past mistake in which you have already paid your dues for, yet still being penalized for the crime.
Even, if your own family helped you out. That only last so long before you wear out your welcome and everyone start getting on one another's nerve. You dealing with that, damn near jumping out of your skin when you see a police because you just don't know how that encounter is going to turn out. Not to mention, "Police Brutality" This foolishness must stop. It's has been out of control far too long. Spiritual Human Beings feel it will take the Hand of God to change this 400 years of damage to African Americans.

White Parents do not need to have "The Talk" with their children about what to do if their sons or daughter are pulled over by the cops. Wouldn't it be a happy day if our children did not have to experience this ridiculous injustice?
For Black Parents it is mandatory to have "The Talk" Should black children have an encounters with the police. Think about it, after all of the marching and protesting it's back to normal as usual. The laws would need to change so that all people, all families are are truly treated equal otherwise the status quo will remain the same, unchanged. If anyone thinks racism doesn't exist, they are either in denial or delusional.
